Warning this May Cause Anal Leakage

You know what I'm talking about. The commercials about medications that are out saying that they are great and can improve your life. Earlier today I heard one that may cause death or high pressure which could lead to death. That's what it said word for word! Man, I want to go right out and buy that medication. I just do not understand, why put a medication out that can cause a stroke, heart attack or death and that is taking the correct dosage. That's my Wednesday rant. :)
